Led by Dr. Ana Kelly, PT


Strength is important! This exercise class combined with a question/answer session is designed to help participants learn the importance of strength and mobility. With simple movements and non-strenuous exercises, you will learn about:

  • Maintaining muscle mass that is critical for healthy aging
  • Supporting joint health and injury prevention through strengthening
  • Why stronger individuals tend to live independently longer

Dr. Ana Kelly is a licensed physical therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southern Adventist University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from South College. Her extensive experience includes coaching, personal training, hospital intensive care and oncology units, and outpatient care. Her practice emphasizes strength, movement, and long-term health.

In addition, Dr. Kelly is an amateur athlete and is passionate about applying strength and movement principles to help individuals improve their quality of life.
